The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services advises that children between the ages of 6-18 get at least sixty minutes of physical activity every day.

At Be Utmost, we understand the importance of physical activity for the body and mind. Our Youth Fitness, Health & Wellness program provides fun and positive experiences to get kids moving while helping schools meet their physical education requirements.
